Ko koe te taonga. He ara o kaha. You are the treasure, your strengths are the path.
Ko koe te taonga. He ara o kaha. You are the treasure, your strengths are the path.
Your strengths have always been part of you. Hiwa Strengths helps individuals, leaders and teams understand their natural talents and learn how to apply them with intention, confidence and mana.
He aha a CliftonStrengths - What is CliftonStrengths?
CliftonStrengths is a globally recognised strengths assessment developed by Gallup. Rather than focusing on weaknesses, it identifies the natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that make you uniquely effective.
At Hiwa Collective, we integrate CliftonStrengths with te ao Māori frameworks to create a strengths journey that is both evidence-based and culturally grounded.
Why Start With Strengths?
When people understand their strengths:
✓ Confidence grows
✓ Communication improves
✓ Leadership becomes more authentic
✓ Teams collaborate more effectively
✓ Energy is invested where it creates the greatest impact

Your strengths have always been there. This session helps you name them.
In one hour we explore your top 5 CliftonStrengths — what they are, how they show up in your life and work, and what they look like at their best. You'll leave with clarity, language and a new way of seeing yourself.
This is where many people's journey begins. Simple, focused, and often the most surprising hour you'll spend on yourself.
You'll need to purchase your CliftonStrengths report separately through the Gallup website before your session. Francesca will send you the link when you book.

$1,195.00
This is the beginning of a deeper journey. Over three sessions we work through all 34 of your CliftonStrengths — not just naming them, but understanding how they work together, where they show up under pressure, and how to lead from them with intention.
Each session builds on the last. By the end, you won't just know your strengths — you'll know how to use them.
What to expect across your 3 sessions
1: Foundation — your top 5
We explore your dominant strengths — what they are, how they show up, and what they look like at their best. You'll begin to see patterns you may never have noticed before.
2: What else is in your kete — top 6-10 strengths
We work through your remaining dominant strengths, exploring the full landscape. This is where the nuance lives — understanding not just your top strengths but how your whole profile works together. We will look at the remaining 11-34 in this session also.
3: Integration — leading from your strengths
We bring it all together. How do your strengths show up in your relationships, your work, your leadership? We leave with a clear picture of how to move forward — intentionally, from your strengths.
You'll need to purchase your full CliftonStrengths 34 report separately through the Gallup website before your first session.

POA
Your strengths are the foundation. Where we go from there is yours to decide. This is ongoing coaching built around you — your goals, your challenges, your next chapter. Strengths inform every session, but the coaching goes wherever you need it to.
Available as a flexible coaching relationship or a retainer — we begin with a kōrero to understand what you're working towards and design something that fits.
He mea mā wai tenei - Who is this for?
This programme is for organisations who:
Want to develop leaders who lead authentically — from their actual strengths, not a generic leadership model
Are committed to creating workplaces where Māori and Pasifika staff feel genuinely seen and valued
Understand that cultural intelligence is a leadership capability, not a compliance exercise
Are ready to invest in their people as their greatest asset
Want a coaching partner who brings both professional rigour and Indigenous wisdom
We work with Māori health providers, kaupapa Māori organisations, corporates with Māori and Pasifika leadership teams, and purpose-led businesses across Aotearoa and globally.
Ready to Discover Your Strengths?
Whether you're an individual, leader, team or organisation, we'd love to kōrero.
