A wānanga is not a workshop. It is a space where people come together to think, to question, to learn from each other - and to leave changed.
Hiwa Wānanga brings groups, teams and organisations into that space. Grounded in te ao Māori and designed around your people, each wānanga is built to leave attendees feeling empowered, curious and engaged - whether that's curious about their own strengths, their culture, their leadership, or what it looks like to genuinely honour Te Tiriti in how they work and who they are.
Every wānanga is tailored to the group. Some are grounded purely in kaupapa Māori frameworks. Some are CliftonStrengths focused, helping teams discover and lead from their collective strengths. And some bring both together - which is where our strength lies.
Hiwa Wānanga is open to corporates, leadership teams, community groups, hapū, schools and organisations of all kinds.

Kaupapa Māori Wānanga Half day minimum — from $3,500
CliftonStrengths Wānanga Half day minimum — from $3,500
Maximum 16 people. Each attendee must have completed a 1 hour Top 5 strengths session as part of the wānanga experience. Additional attendees beyond 16 incur extra cost.
